Puppy
While most puppies don’t require hydrotherapy for medical reasons, early sessions can be incredibly beneficial. They help build water confidence, foster trust with the therapist, and create a positive foundation for any future therapeutic work.
We offer puppy swims as a short introductory course, with monthly sessions over 3–6 months. This gentle approach gives puppies time to adjust to the new environment and gradually build their confidence in the water.
Puppies can start swimming from 16 weeks old, but we recommend waiting until around five months — by then, their joints are more developed, they can manage longer sessions, and they tend to be more confident.
After 12 months of age, if they love it they can transition into our Fun & Fitness swim sessions.
